Within 48 hours of purchase we will send you an invitation to accept your new template. When you accept, the template will come as a new website with a free trial to allow you time to get your website updated with your images and content.
Your template will be delivered to you as a new website in your Squarespace dashboard, so you will end up with two websites. Once you receive the new template you can manually add your old content as necessary into your new website and once you launch your new site, you could cancel your old subscription.
Yes! It is important that your new site is fully representative of your brand. All templates are built so you can replace the template logo with your own (and we will show you how to do it).

Squarespace also has a large library of training and how to videos to help address any questions you have.
Yes! You will need a Squarespace account when you are ready to launch your site live. Wait to purchase the Squarespace plan AFTER we deliver your new template because you do get a free trial to allow you time to get your website updated for your own personal content.

Yes! We have free email support included with your template purchase. We also offer an ‘extra support’ paid service if you need assistance with something extra.
